Rubber Cutting Boards

Rubber cutting boards are now being seen more in restaurant kitchens. Known for their durability, rubber cutting boards are also good at keeping food from slipping around during cutting or chopping and are knife friendly. They cost about as much as a well made wooden cutting board, but are able to withstand harsh chemical cleaning and disinfecting while sharing similar self-healing properties of wood.
